13. Shooting Performance
The shooting precision of a fi rearm depends on sev-
eral factors. One very important factor in this respect
is the ammunition. Not every barrel shoots with the
same effi ciency. Considerable performance differ-
ences are apparent with each ammunition type.
Optics and its mount are just as important. Parallax,
loose mounts, faulty reticle adjustment and inappropri-
ate mount are the most frequent causes of poor shoot-
ing performance. As such, only brand-name optics
and mounts should be used and quality ammunition
matched to your rifl e.
Even ammunition from the same manufacturer and the
same batch can, from one production lot to another,
and from one fi rearm to another, result in varying
shooting performance and effecting accuracy. When
the most suitable ammunition, optics and mount have
been selected we can warranty the excellent shoot-
ing performance of our famous ANSCHÜTZ rifl e.
See warranty card.
NOTE!
Each bolt is adjusted to an associated rifl e
in order to achieve an optimal shooting
performance. For reasons of safety, the
bolts must not be interchanged.
