Phone Operation Screen
Name and phone number
• If it is registered with a Group, the Group Name is also displayed.
Although, depending on the connected mobile phone, it may not

You can make a call using the phone book search function.
1 To uc h [Search] on the Phone Book screen.
The Input User Name screen (Keypad) is displayed.
2 Input the string of letters of the name that you want to
search, then touch [OK].
A list of names beginning with the string of letters you entered is
displayed.
3 To uc h [] of the name or number of the contact which
you want to call.
The phone call is started.
• If there are fewer than five registered items in the phone book, you
cannot use the phone book search function.
You can synchronize the system’s phone book with the mobile phone’s
phone book.
1 To uc h [SYNC] on the Phone Book screen.
The confirmation screen is displayed.
2 To uc h [Yes].
Synchronization of the phone books starts.
• You can store up to 1,000 registered name in the phone book.
• You can store up to 5 phone numbers by one person’s name.
