Customer Service
Should you find no solution to a problem in the instructions
for use, contact the customer service.
Should you contact the customer service for one of the
detailed solutions or as a result of incorrect operation,
the visit of the customer service cannot be made free of
charge, even during the guarantee period.
Provide the customer service with the production number
(E. No.) and series number (F. No.) which you will find on
the plate on the inside of the lint filter trap door.
Mentioning these numbers enables the customer service
to select a choice of spare parts so that the machine may
be repaired on the first visit of the technician, which will
avoid you having to pay for a number of trips for the
technician.
