Starting the Wash Programme
0 1. Check that the water is on.
2. Start the wash programme: press the START/PAUSE
(START/PAUZE) button. The wash programme has started
or will start at the end of the time delay set.
3
If DOOR/LIGHT (DEUR/LICHT) flashes in red when the START/PAUSE
(START/PAUZE) button is pressed, the door is not closed correctly.
Press the door firmly and press the START/PAUSE (START/PAUZE)
button again.
If the delay timer has been set:
The set time delay begins to expire and the remaining time until the
programme begins (in complete hours) is shown in the multi-display.
During this time you can add washing and change or stop the delay
timer.
To add washing: press the START/PAUSE (START/PAUZE) button; the
door can be opened. Next, close the door and press the START/PAUSE
(START/PAUZE) button again.
To change or stop the delay timer: press the DELAY TIMER (START-
TIJDKEUZE) button repeatedly until the required time is displayed;
when the programme duration is displayed (display in minutes,
e.g. 120) the wash programme will start without delay.
3
While the delay timer is counting down the washing machine will auto-
matically switch to standby mode. Only WASH TIME (LOOPTIJD) is illu-
minated; the multi-display shows the remaining time until the
programme starts. All other displays on the control panel are switched
off in order to save energy. Pressing any button cancels the standby
mode.
