Assist function
Use only pans with flat bottom. To check
if the pan is correct:
1.
Put your cookware up side down.
2.
Put a ruler on the bottom of your
cookware.
3.
Try to put a 1, 2 or 5 Euro Cent coin
(or a coin with similar thickness) be-
tween the ruler and the bottom of
the pan.
The pan is incorrect if you can put
the coin between the ruler and the
pan.
The pan is correct if you cannot
put the coin between the ruler
and the pan.
6. CARE AND CLEANING
Clean the appliance after each use.
Always use cookware with clean bottom.
Scratches or dark stains on the
glass-ceramic cause no effect on
how the appliance operates.
To remove the dirt:
•–Remove immediately: melted plas-
tic, plastic foil, and food with sugar.
If not, the dirt can cause damage to
the appliance.
Remove after the appliance is suf-
ficiently cool: limescale rings , wa-
ter rings, fat stains, shiny metallic
discolorations. Use a special clean-
ing agent for glass ceramic.
The surface of the hob has horizontal
grooves. Clean the appliance with a
