What to do, when ...
Try to rectify minor faults on the dishwasher with the aid of the
instructions given here. If you call in customer service to resolve one of
the malfunctions listed here, or rectify an error made in the operation
of the appliance, the customer service engineer’s visit is not free of
charge, even during the period of guarantee.
...Error messages are displayed.
• If the END f or DRYING e indicator on the programme progress
display is flashing, you can probably rectify the fault yourself.
After rectifying an END f or DRYING e fault, press the button for
the wash programme that has been started. The wash programme
continues. If the fault is displayed again, contact customer service.
• If indicators for other programme steps on the programme progress
display are flashing, please contact customer service and state the
fault indicated.
Malfunction Possible Cause Remedy
END f on the pro-
gramme progress dis-
play is flashing:
no water is running
into the dishwasher.
Tap is blocked or furred with
lime-scale.
Clean tap.
The filter (where present) in
the threaded hose fitting at
the water inlet valve is
blocked.
Clean the filter in the
threaded hose fitting.
The water inlet hose is not
correctly laid.
Check hose installation.
DRYING e on the pro-
gramme progress dis-
play is flashing.
The siphon is blocked. Clean siphon.
The water drain hose is not
correctly laid.
Check hose installation.
END f and DRYING e
on the programme
progress display are
flashing simultane-
ously.
The leak prevention system
has been triggered.
Close the tap and contact
customer service.
