Yamaha houses a 8" woofer, a 1-3/4" compression driver, and 1,100 watts of amplification. This sturdy and efficient speaker can produce impressive sound pressure levels — up to 130 dB. If you need to use a microphone in a classroom, restaurant, or small auditorium setting, you can use a single DXR8MKII and an optional microphone as a portable, public address solution.
