Welch Allyn Wall Desk Power Source for 12500 Binocular Ophthalomoscope

The Wall/Desk Power Source is used with the Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscope from Welch Allyn. It can be mounted on a wall, on a desk top or on a desk edge. It features a rheostat control on/off switch and the scope turns when lifted from the cradle. There is a convenient storage area for the condensing lens.
