STUDIO TECHNOLOGIES Model 354 - Talk Station

The Model 354 Talk Station is a compact, tabletop unit that supports four channels of talk and listen for implementing voice paging, intercom, talent cue (IFB), and general audio applications that utilize Dante ® audio-over-Ethernet. The unit supports the Studio Technologies’ GME-3-12 Gooseneck Microphone using a 3-conductor 1/4-inch jack. Two standard 16-bit PCM monaural WAV audio files can be stored and played by the Model 354. Each file can serve as a preamble to voice audio activation or as a stand-alone message. The 100BASE-TX (100 Mb/s) Ethernet interface, accessed using an RJ45 jack, is used to provide both data and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) power. The unit’s Dante interface supports four transmitter (output) and four receiver (input) digital audio channels. An analog monitor output allows direct connection to an amplified loudspeaker.
