Solar Edges Rapid Shutdown Kit This Rapid Shutdown Kit made by SolarEdge ensures that your SafeDC feature of your SolarEdge Inverters will de-energize to less than 30 volts within 10 seconds which is the requirement of NEC 2014 Rapid shutdown functionality according to Section 690.12. The SolarEdge Rapid Shutdown kit only functions with SolarEdge Single Phase Inverters. This rapid shutdown kit includes (1) cable for a single inverter. A cable is required for each SolarEdge inverter in a system to comply with NEC Rapid Shutdown requirements.
