SMC Nozzle Ionizer

Removes electrostatic charge in a fraction of a second. High frequency AC type. Controller and power supply integrated in a shared housing. Compact design is just 16 mm wide. Easy replacement of the electrode needle. Cleaning set for cleaning the electrode needles (IZS30-M2: optional). With 3.0 m of connecting cable. Compressed air supply allows electrostatic charge to be eliminated at a distance of 0.5 m from the nozzle ionizer. 3 different nozzle types are available: Energy saving, high flow rate and female threads (for connection of a fitting or hose). Various mounting brackets are available. Discharge time dependent on type, pressure and distance.
