The black Shure MX150B/O-XLR Subminiature Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone is a tiny lav mic well suited for broadcast, theater, sermons, presentations, public address, and much more. This version includes the RK100PK XLR in-line preamplifier for use with standard XLR connections in mixers, recorders, mic-pres, etc. The microphone's diminutive size makes it visually discreet and allows for easy concealment. Shure's CommShield technology makes the mic impervious to noise caused by mobile devices, Wi-Fi, TV signals, and other RFI sources. This version of the mic features a forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern that helps to provide consistent levels, even when the speaker turns away from the mic. Two frequency caps are supplied to tailor the high frequencies; these are especially useful to add presence if the mic is hidden in clothing or costumes.
