It offers up front pressure sensitive characteristics, then turns to a hard-set and develops a strong bond to withstand heavy rolling loads. This adhesive is designed for the installation of most solid/luxury vinyl-backed and rubber floor coverings and offers the flexibility of installing over porous and non-porous substrates.
