Makita's DHR400ZKU cordless rotary hammer is suitable for drilling and impact drilling in brick, concrete and stone, as well as for caulking work. It is powered by two 18 V batteries. The brushless motor is energy efficient, ensures longer life and compact design. The housing and the handle are equipped with anti-vibration technology, making it easier to work over a longer period of time. SoftNoLoad technology supports pinpoint placement of the bit. The engine speed is reduced while idling and unfolds its full force only when loaded. The number of revolutions and the number of strokes can be controlled electronically while a slide switch sets the rotary hammer to continuous operation. The tool holder takes over SDS Max system, whereby chisels can be adjusted in 24 stages. The device is equipped with an engine brake and a disengaging clutch.
