MX- Exterior access door dramatically improves acoustical and thermal performance and significantly reduces air leaks and water penetration. Features: 2x Insulation Factory applied caulking Rust resistant design Construction: Frame shall be 18 gauge galvannealed steel. Door shall be 18 gauge galvannealed steel. Door shall be sealed, watertight pan. Trim shall one piece construction. Gasketing between door and frame 3/8" wide by 1/8" thick closed cell neoprene gasketing. Insulation shall be 2.25" thick polystyrene w/ 5.0 R-value. Hinge shall be continuous galvanized piano hinge. Latches shall be Lift & Turn Compression Latch including cup sealing gasket finished in textured chrome, keyed. Finish shall be prime coat of rust inhibitive electrostatic powder, baked white enamel.
