Description
The Hempel Light Primer is a high-quality 2-component epoxy primer for under and over water. It is used on rigid substrates as a good barrier against water vapor penetration, on GRP for osmosis prevention and repair and on metals as corrosion protection. The Light Primer can also be processed on plywood and hardwood. He is also a very good primer for topcoats and antifoulings.
