ELAC Muro On-Wall Speakers

When space is at a premium and performance is at the top of your mind, the compact proportions of the Muro Series make on-wall installation a breeze. Bring huge dimensionality to your system with a speaker that makes itself heard but barely seen. Our new Muro line of On-Wall speakers solve one of the issues associated with LCR speakers. When a speaker is designed, the crossover is optimized for either vertical or horizontal orientation. If the speaker is designed to be vertically mounted, and is then used in a horizontal orientation (Centre Speaker) the dispersion pattern of the drivers will be incorrect. We have incorporated two different crossovers in the speaker to resolve this. Simply choose the orientation using the switch on the rear of the speaker and the appropriate crossover will be engaged.
