Denon AVR-X2600H (2019 model)

The AVR-X2600H occupies a sort of "sweet spot" within Denon's 2019 receiver lineup. It has everything I look for in a surround sound receiver, without the added cost of advanced multi-zone features that you may not need. At 95 watts per channel, the 'X2600H pairs wonderfully with customer-favorite Polk Audio Signature Series speakers (pictured). The AVR-X2600H can power up to seven speakers at the same time. Use all seven channels in a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos® or DTS:X™ system. Or go with a traditional 5.1-channel setup, and repurpose the extra two channels for music in another zone. Note: if you want to power seven speakers in your main system and also play music in another room at the same time, consider the 9-channel AVR-X3600H . If you're like me, you'll use your new receiver to play music in addition to watching movies.
