ZAR® Interior Oil Base Poly PRO
ZAR® Interior Oil Base Poly PRO is a fast
drying contractor formula which is perfect
for oors, furniture, cabinets, and
woodwork. It provides beautiful, long-lasting
protection for all types of interior wood. It
self-levels and gives superior protection in
fewer coats.

For interior use only. Do not apply over
wood llers or nishes containing wax or
stearates. Do not thin.

Do not thin.
New Wood: Sand smooth using ne
sandpaper. Remove sanding dust with a tack
cloth or cloth dampened with paint thinner
or mineral spirits.
If open-grained woods are to be lled, use a
ller that does not contain stearates or waxes
such as ZAR® Wood Patch or ZAR®
Trowelable Wood Patch.
Old Clear Finishes in Good Condition:
Remove grease, dirt, and wax. Sand lightly in
the direction of the grain to remove any gloss.
Clean sanding dust with a tack cloth or cloth
dampened with paint thinner or mineral
spirits to remove any remnants of dust prior
to application and allow to dry.
Old Clear Finishes in Poor Condition,
Lacquer or Shellac: Remove completely. If
the old nish contains wax, regardless of
condition, remove completely. Sand and
remove sanding dust with a tack cloth or cloth
dampened with paint thinner or mineral
spirits.
Test ZAR® Interior Oil Base Poly PRO in an
inconspicuous area for compatibility.
If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you
may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC.
EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE
SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN
DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN.
PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO
AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-
approved respirator to control lead exposure.
