ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS COOLING FAN When the oven operates, the cooling fan turns on automatically to keep the surfaces of the oven cool. AQUA CLEAN This cleaning procedure uses humidity to help remove remaining fat and food particles from the oven. 1.
