There are two temperatures to be set: • The oven temperature. Refer to the table for roasting. • The core temperature. Refer to the table for the core temperature sensor. ENGLISH 13 7.2 Inserting the oven accessories The deep pan and the wire shelf have side edges. These edges and the shape of the guide-bars are a special device to prevent the cookware from slipping.
