Cooking / baking parameters
There are authoritative tables referring to the cooking
and baking conditions.
You can make same changes in it based on your
cooking and baking experience.
Remarks: The dripping pan can be introduced on the
first level in order to reach more even browning.
The cooking / baking time can be different in function
of the quality, homogeneity, quantity of the dishes.
We propose to pay attention at the firs cooking
parameters, check the cooking / baking quality and
correct the cooking / baking parameters in order to
reach the best results. Repeat the cooking / baking of
the same cakes in the same conditions the results will
be same

Cleaning and care
The oven should be kept clean at all times. A
build-up of fats or other foodstuffs could result
in a fire, especially in the grill pan.
Before cleaning, ensure all control knobs are in
the OFF position, and the appliance has cooled
completely.
Before any maintenance or cleaning can be
carried out, you must DISCONNECT the
cooker from the electricity supply.
Cleaning materials
Before using any cleaning materials on your oven,
check that they are suitable and that the manufacturer
recommends their use.
Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning the oven and
hobs. Harsh abrasives should also be avoided.
External cleaning
We recommend for cleaning cleaners that do not
scratch the surface; after that rinse and dry with a soft
cloth. Avoid use of metall objects (knife, edge), steel
wool or nylon pads, abrasive or caustic
products, or diluents.
Cleaners that contain bleach should NOT be
used as they may dull the surface finishes. Do not use
a steam cleaner for cleaner the oven and hobs. Harsh
abrasives should also be avoided
External cleaning
Regularly wipe over the control panel, oven door and
door seal using a soft cloth well wrung out in warm
water to which a little washing up liquid has been
added.
In the case of stainless steel parts, you may use
commercially available stainless steel cleaners with
care. These also provide a protective film against
finger marks.
To prevent damaging or weakening the door
glass panels avoid the use of the following:
