Symptoms Solutions
Cooking results are not satisfactory Check:
The correct temperature has been selected
The cooking time is adapted
The grill is placed correctly in the oven
The oven smokes Check:
The oven does not need cleaning
The food does not spill over
There is no excessive fat / juice on the oven sides
IMPORTANT: If you call out an engineer to a fault
listed below, or to repair a fault caused by incorrect
use or installation, a charge will be made even if the
appliance is under guarantee.
If after these checks, the appliance still does not
work, contact the nearest Electolux Service. They
will need the following information:

• Your name, address and post code.
• Your telephone number
• Clear and concise details of the fault
• The model and the serial number (see rating label
on the lower left side upon opening the oven door)
• Date of purchase
