The walls adjacent to the cooker
must be of material resistant to
heat.
INSTALLATION
The connection must be executed by a
qualified technician according to the
relevant standards.
The appliance is predisposed and
adjusted to operate with the gas
indicated on the specifications plate
applied onto the appliance.
GASES
The gases used for the operation of
cooking appliances may be grouped by
their characteristics into two types:
– G20
– G30 / G31
If the appliance must be operated with a
gas different than that indicated on the
plate, it is necessary to execute the
following operations:
– Gas connection
– Replacement of the top injectors
– Regulating of the primary air of the
top burners
– Adjustment of the minimum of the
top burners
– Replacement of the injector of oven
burner
– Replacement of the injector of grill
burner
– Primary air of oven burner
– Primary air of grill burner
– Adjustment of the oven burner
