In order to activate the warranty, you must register your Rugged Book Go as well as keep your purchase receipt. If you purchased your ZAGG Rugged Book Go from ZAGG.com, ZAGG has already registered it and has a copy of your proof of purchase.
INSERTING/REMOVING YOUR DEVICE 1. Hold your device in landscape mode with the volume control buttons facing up. Insert the top half of your device at an angle into the top of the case and apply light pressure to snap it snuggly into place. 2. At the top of the keyboard, there is a hinged magnetic bar with two long teeth at either end. At the bottom of the case, you’ll see two long slots that will fit the teeth on the magnetic hinge bar.
PAIRING YOUR RUGGED BOOK GO Your Rugged Book Go can pair with up to two devices at once. Pairing your Rugged Book Go is easy; just follow these instructions. 1. Ensure your device’s Bluetooth® is on. 2. Press your Rugged Book Go’s 1 or 2 keys for three seconds. A blue LED light on the Power button will begin pulsing, indicating your Rugged Book Go is in pairing mode. 3. Your device will display “ZAGG Rugged Book Go” as an available pairing option.
CHARGING Your Rugged Book Go features a powerful lithium polymer battery that lasts up to two years of normal use between charges.* To charge your Rugged Book Go, follow these steps. 1. Using the cable from your iPad, plug the USB-C connector into the charging port. 2. Plug the USB connector at the other end into any 5V USB outlet. The Power key LED on your Rugged Book Go will light to indicate your keyboard is charging. This LED will turn off when your keyboard is fully charged.
SPECIAL FUNCTION KEYS Your Rugged Book Go keyboard has been designed with the following special function keys to give you more control of your device: 1 & 2 MULTI-PAIRING – Activates your device’s pairing mode. HOME – Displays your device’s home screen. LOCK – Activates and deactivates your device’s sleep mode. APPS RUNNING – Displays all of the apps currently running on your device.
TROUBLESHOOTING If your device doesn’t respond to the Rugged Book Go keyboard, there may be a simple explanation such as a dead battery or unsuccessful pairing. INSERTION/RETRAIT DE VOTRE APPAREIL 1. Tenez votre appareil en mode paysage avec les boutons de contrôle du volume vers le haut.
