Installation Guide

1. Carefully take the glass shade out of the frame, then
discard the bubble bags.
2. Thread two headless screws to the mounting plate, then secure them with four lock nuts (two on each side
of the mounting plate). Adjust the length of the headless screws if necessary.
3. Attach the mounting plate to the outlet box by using two mounting screws.
4. Pull out the outlet wires and house grounding wire from the outlet box. Make wire connections using the
wire nuts:
---The black wire from the light to the black wire from the power source.
---The white wire from the light to the white wire from the power source.
---Attach the fixture grounding wire to the mounting plate
with the green grounding screw. Then connect
it to the house grounding wire with a wire nut.
Carefully put the wires back into the outlet box.
5. Attach the back plate to the mounting plate by inserting the headless screws, then secure it with bolt nuts.
CAUTION: With silicone caulking compound, caulk completely around where the back plate meets
with the wall surface to prevent water from seeping into the outlet box.
6. Secure the stem into coupling(-a). Then put the glass shade into the frame carefully by inserting the stem.
7. Secure the buckles to fix the glass shade by using three pads and three set screws.(See Fig.1)
8. Attach the candle covers to the sockets, and
install bulbs (not included). See relamping label at socket area
or packaging for maximum allowed wattage.
9. Secure the nipple into coupling(-b) by using a washer and hex nut. Then attach the bottom dome upward to
the frame by inserting nipple(-b), then secure it with the bottom finial.
NOTE: There has a drain hole on the bottom finial, do not mix it with the top finial.
10. Attach the
top dome to the frame by inserting the stem, then secure it with the top finial.
11. Turn on the power at the main fuse or circuit breaker box.
