Press and hold the Power key to turn the device on/off. Quickly

press 3 times to activate a Family Alert.

changes, or when the Find My Device feature is enabled.

1. Getting to Know Your Tracker

To turn the device on, press and hold the Power key until the LED indicator blinks.

To turn the device off, press and hold the Power key until the LED indicator blinks.

2. Charging the Battery

Align the magnetic charging terminals of the USB cable with the magnetic charging

terminals on the back of the device. They will be automatically aligned.

Once those are aligned, connect the USB end to the

travel adapter.

Connect the

travel adapter to an electrical outlet to fully charge the device.

The LED indicator will light up when charging.

Click the top-left Menu.

Select Add Member option.

Tap Tracker.

Confirm that your tracker is powered on with the green light blinking and tap

Continue.

Give a name to your tracker and add a personalized photo if desired.

Scan the QR code on the back of the tracker, or manually type in the IMEI.

Tap Continue.

3. Installing the Safe & Found App and Creating A Tracker

Account

If you already have the Sprint Safe & Found app, skip to step 4. If you don't have the

Sprint Safe & Found app yet, visit Google Play or App Store to download and install Safe

& Found app.

Note: Once Safe & Found is installed, follow the instructions on screen to set up your Safe

& Found account.

4. Connecting Your Tracker to Your Safe & Found Account

Once in the app, you can add one or more Trackers to your Safe & Found account by

following these simple steps:

Your tracker should now be successfully paired with your Safe & Found account.
