Q: Why does the mute button not work?
A: Mute function only works for calls on cell phones at present. We are improving this function so
that it would be used on other third party apps and PCs in the future.
Q: How to connect the headset to the computer?
A: Here are the steps of how to connect the headset to the computer:
1. Press and hold the MFB button for about 7s to turn on the headset and enter the pairing
mode. (When the headset is in pairing mode, the LED lights will flash red and blue alternately)
2. Turn on the settings on the computer: Setting-Devices(Bluetooth, printers, mouse)
3. Turn on Bluetooth on the computer, and then click 'Add Bluetooth or other device'.
4. Click 'Bluetooth', find the device 'M20', click 'M20', and confirm that the 'M20' has been
successfully connected.
5. Then go back to 'Settings', click 'System', click 'Sound' and choose M20 as the output and
input devices.
6. Double check whether 'M20' appears in the computer's Bluetooth list.
Q: Why does the headset can't connect to the device and stay connected?
A: Please check the following two points:
1) Please make sure M20 is within the bluetooth transmission distance(33ft) with your device
and there is no obvious obstacle between them;
2) Please make sure that the headset is not connected to another device, try to clear the
Bluetooth list of the headset:
In the power-on state, press and hold the multi-function button and the volume "+" button
together for 5-7 seconds till pink LED flash twice at the same time.
And then reconnect the headset to the device.
Q: Why the sound quality of headset is terrible?
A: Regarding the sound quality, please check the following five points:
1) Before using M20, please make sure your cellphone or other devices have a good performance
in sound clarity and stability for current soundings.Then please try to connect the headset
directly to the phone, and then make a call to test whether the headset sound is normal.
