The ABS is monitored by an ECU (Electronic Control Unit), which will have recourse to manual braking if a malfunction occurs. 3 4 5 EWA10090 ● ● 6 7 8 WARNING The ABS performs best on long braking distances. On certain (rough or gravel) roads, the braking distance may be longer with than without the ABS.

This system boosts engine power by means of a valve that regulates the diameter of the exhaust pipe. The EXUP system valve is constantly adjusted in accordance with the engine speed by a computer-controlled servomotor. The sidestand is located on the left side of the frame.
