Terms and Conditions for the
“SHS-500” Competition
1. This Competition is held by Yamaha Music Europe GmbH whose registered office is at
Siemensstrasse 22-34, 25462 Rellingen, Germany (“Yamaha”).
2. By participating in this Competition, entrants agree that they have read, understood, accepted and
will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition is open to residents of Germany, the United Kingdom and Austria aged 18 years and
over. Yamaha employees and their family members, or anyone else professionally involved with this
Competition, and all affiliates and employees of such companies, may not enter this Competition.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. The competition will run from 25
th
January to 1
st
March 2021 12:00 pm CET. After this date no further
entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. In order to enter, entrants have to follow @yamahakeyboardsofficial on Instagram, post a story of
themselves sharing their Air-Keytar moment, to show how they would rock their new SHS-500.
Entrants must tag @yamahakeyboardsofficial and use the hashtag #winsonogenic when posting the
story. Entrants ensure that their story is free of third party’ rights, and must not contain illegal or
inappropriate content. Entrants must ensure that their posted story is made public.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received by Yamaha for whatever reason.
8. There are 10 prizes consisting each of one (1) Yamaha Sonogenic SHS-500 (5x black, 5x red) including
the shipment to an address in Germany, the UK or Austria.
9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The prize is subject to availability and Yamaha reserves the right to substitute any prize with another
of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The Winner will be the entrant with the most creative story chosen by a jury of Yamaha staff.
11. Winners will be notified via private Instagram message on the 3
rd
March 2021. If the winner cannot
be contacted within 48 hours, Yamaha reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and
pick a replacement winner using the same drawing mechanic.
12. The prize will be shipped by post within two weeks after the selection.
13. Yamaha not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party
connected with this competition. Yamaha’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the
competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook,
Instagram or any other social network. By entering the Competition participants accept that they have
no claims against Facebook, Instagram or any other social network in connection with this
Competition.
15. Yamaha shall not be liable for any failure to meet these Terms and Conditions where such failure is
caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall
include, but shall not be limited to technical problems, change of terms and conditions or
decisions/actions/failure by any third party such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, severe weather
