Nederlands INTRODUCTIE Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig, alvorens u het apparaat gaat gebruiken. Op bijlagen op bladzijdes 24 en 25 vindt u de technische specificaties van de EBC -serie. De EBC lader behoort tot de Econline productgroep. De producten uit de Econline zijn zeer geschikt voor gebruik in caravan, camper en pleziervaartuigen. Permanente aansluiting aan zowel de netspanning als aan de accu is mogelijk.
Nederlands HET LAADPROCES Het laadproces bestaat uit 3 fases. De duur van het laadproces is afhankelijk van de accukwaliteit, accucapaciteit, diepte van ontlading en van de eventuele aanwezigheid van verbruikers die nog stroom vragen. Hoofdlading De accu wordt met een constante stroom geladen totdat de ingestelde laadspanning bereikt is. De lader start altijd in deze fase voor minimaal 30 minuten.

Dit kan leiden tot onherstelbare schade aan de accu. Lader als voeding De EBC kan ook gebruikt worden als voeding. De verbruikers kunnen dan rechtstreeks op de lader aangesloten worden, dus zonder tussenkomst van de accu. Hiervoor dient schakelaar 6 op ON ingesteld te staan.
Nederlands INSTALLATIE De laadomgeving De lader dient op een plaats gemonteerd te worden waarbij rekening gehouden dient te worden met de volgende aandachtspunten: - Laat aan alle zijdes om de lader voldoende ruimte open (min. 10cm) voor luchtcirculatie. Zorg tevens voor ventilatie openingen. - De omgevingstemperatuur dient tussen de 0ºC en 40ºC te zijn. De optimale temperatuur ligt tussen de 15ºC en 25ºC. - Monteer de lader op een droge plaats waar vocht en vervuiling geen kans maakt.
Nederlands Als u de verbinding tussen de accu en de lader wilt verwijderen, dient u in de omgekeerde werkvolgorde aan te houden. Belangrijk Controleer voordat de lader geactiveerd wordt of de accukabels correct zijn aangesloten. Als de lader wordt omgepoold zal deze defect gaan. De accu aansluiting die niet verbonden is met het chassis, moet als eerste aangesloten worden. De andere verbinding moet gemaakt worden met het chassis.
Nederlands Lader staat in een thermische stop. Het laadproces zal automatisch weer vervolgt worden als de lader voldoende is afgekoeld. Te lage ingangsspanning. Controleer de netspanning. Deze dient hoger te zijn als 170VAC. Slecht of geen contact tussen de accu en de lader. Controleer de verbindingen en de kabels. Lader is omgepoold. Verwijder de verbinding. Vervang de zekeringen in de lader (gebruik alleen dezelfde waarde) en sluit de accu op de juiste manier aan. Lader staat in de voedingsstand.
Nederlands ONDERHOUD De EBC acculader behoeft geen specifiek onderhoud. Als u de lader schoon wilt maken, gebruik dan enkel een (droog geknepen) doek. Volg de instructies van de fabrikant voor gebruik van en omgang met de accu. Belangrijk Controleer Controleer Controleer Controleer regelmatig de status van de acculader. regelmatig de kabels en verbindingen. ventilatie openingen regelmatig. het vloeistofniveau bij een niet onderhoudsvrije accu regelmatig.
English INTRODUCTION Read the instruction manual carefully, before using this device. On pages 24 en 25 you will find the technical details of the EBC chargers. The EBC charger belongs to the ‘Econline’ product group. The products from the Econline are very suitable for use in caravan, mobile home or holiday crafts. Permanent connection to the battery and main voltage is possible. This way a battery can be held in good condition when it, for instance, is put away for the winter.
English THE CHARGING PROCESS The charging process consists of 3 phases. The length of the charging time depends on the battery quality, battery capacity, dept of discharge and any present users. Bulk charging The charging current is 100% and the voltage increases until the set voltage is reached. The charger always starts in this stage for a minium of 30 minutes. Absorption charging The charging current is at most 100%, but because the battery is filling up the charging current decreases.

This can lead to irreparable damage of the battery and any devices which may be connected. Power supply The EBC battery charger can also be used as a power supply. The users can be connected to the charger directly, so without intervention of a battery.
English INSTALLATION The atmosphere The inverter must be mounted in a space that complies with the following: - Leave enough space on all sides of the charger (min. 10 cm) for air circulation. In addition, make sure that there are ventilation vents. - The ambient temperature must be between 0ºC and 40ºC. The optimum temperature is between 15ºC and 25ºC. - Mount the charger in a dry place where there is no chance of it being affected by moisture or dirt. - Keep the charger out of the reach of children.
English Important The charger will become broken if the polarisation is reversed. The battery junction that isn’t linked with the frame should be connected firstly. The other junction must be made with the frame. The connection between the charger and the battery must be made some distance from the fuel installation. Damaged wires/cables should be replaced immediately.
English The battery is connected to the charger and the LED’s burn but the charger does not work correctly. Mains voltage is too low. Measure the mains voltage. It should be higher than 170VAC. Weak or no connection between the battery and the charger. Check the connection and the wires. Reversed polarization of the cables. Remove the connection. Replace the fuse in the charger (only use a fuse with the same value).
English WARRANTY Before sending the charger back, always advice the Trouble Shooter and other information in this manual firstly. If a problem could have been solved by means of this manual, we are obligated to charge the repair/research costs. In case of a malfunction, the charger can be brought back to your supplier or it can be send to the address on the back of this manual. The charger must be send prepaid. The EBC charger carries a two-year warranty.

Die Produkte der Econline eignen sich sehr gut für den Gebrauch in Wohnwagen, Wohnmobil und Freizeitfahrzeugen. Auch ist der dauerhafte Anschluss an Netzspannung und Akku möglich. So bleibt der Akku zum Beispiel auch während einer Winterpause in gutem Zustand. Alle Typen der EBC-Serie sind in der Lage, mehrere Akkustationen zu laden.

Die Dauer des Ladevorgangs hängt von der Akkuqualität, der Akkukapazität, dem Ladestand und von eventuellen Endgeräten ab, die noch Strom benötigen. Hauptladevorgang Der Akku wird mit konstantem Strom geladen, bis die eingestellte Ladespannung erreicht ist. Jeder Ladevorgang beginnt mit dieser Phase. Die Hauptladung dauert immer mindestens 30 Minuten. Nachladen Die Spannung wird auf dem eingestellten Wert gehalten.

Das kann zu irreparablem Schaden des Akkus führen. Ladegerät als direkte Stromquelle Der EBC kann auch zur direkten Stromversorgung verwendet werden. Die Endgeräte können dann direkt an das Ladegerät angeschlossen werden, ohne dass der Akku zwischengeschaltet wird.
Deutsch INSTALLATION Die Ladeumgebung Beim Montieren des Ladegeräts sollten folgende Punkte berücksichtigt werden: - Lassen Sie auf allen Seiten des Ladegeräts genügend Platz (mind.10cm) für die Luftzirkulation. Sorgen Sie für Ventilations-öffnungen. - Die Umgebungstemperatur muss zwischen 0 °C und 40 °C liegen. Die optimale Temperatur liegt zwischen 15 °C und 25 °C. - Montieren Sie das Ladegerät an einem trockenen, sauberen Platz. - Das Ladegerät von Kindern entfernt halten.
Deutsch Achtung Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Kabel richtig angeschlossen sind. Das Ladegerät an die Batterie anschließen, wobei ein gewisser Abstand von der Treibstoffanlage einzuhalten ist. Nachprüfen, ob die Netzspannung der Spannungsquelle den vorgegebenen Netzanschlußdaten für das Ladegerät entspricht. Eventuell beschädigte Leitungen / Kabel unverzüglich auswechseln.
Deutsch Es ist kein Akku an das Ladegerät angeschlossen, die grüne LED zeigt aber bereits beim Einschalten „charge process“ an. Das Akkuladegerät gibt immer Spannung ab, egal ob ein Akku angeschlossen ist oder nicht. Schalten Sie das Ladegerät aus. Schließen Sie immer erst einen Akku an. Danach schalten Sie erst das Ladegerät ein. Der Akku wird nicht vollständig geladen, das Gerät gibt aber an, der Ladevorgang sei abgeschlossen (grüne LED). Akku ist defekt/schlecht.
Deutsch GARANTIE Schauen Sie immer zuerst in die Fehlerbehebung oder in die sonstigen Erläuterungen dieser Gebrauchsanweisung, bevor Sie das Ladegerät zurückgeben. Falls ein Defekt/Problem mit dieser Gebruchanweisung hätte behoben werden können, sind wir gezwungen die entstandenen Kosten in Rechnung zu stellen. Im Fall eines Defekts können Sie das Ladegerät Ihrem Händler zurückbringen oder direkt an die Adresse auf der Rückseite schicken. Das Ladegerät muss frankiert verschickt werden.
