1. What to do if there is no water flow?
a. Ensure that the pump is getting electricity.
b. Check for cracks and leaks in the hose.
c. Pump must be submerged.
d. Adjust the red lever in the tank to the open position.
e. Carefully remove the top cover and check the holes for clogs.
2. If the pump stops working.
a. Ensure that the pump is getting electricity.
b. Clean any build up from the pump inlet.
c. If the pump is broken, please contact our customer service.
3. If your pump “spews”
a. Check the water level to make sure the pump is completely submerged.
4. If your pump is making abnormal loud noises
Note: The pump is not silent and will make a little noise.
a. Low water will increase the noise coming from the pump.
b. Ensure that the pump is on the sponge.
i. The sponge is there to absorb vibrations from the pump.
c. If the pump is broken, please contact our customer service.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Only use SOFT/ FILTER WATER in these fountains to avoid hard water stains.
o HARD water contains dirt and minerals which can cause water stains on the steel
surface.
o Clean any calcium build up as soon as it is discovered.
If there is poor flow:
o Allow the fountain to run continuously for two weeks.
9/10 times this corrects itself.
