Solid yellow light
The Bridge is powered on, but
not connected. Remove the
Bridge, make sure the camera is
online, has the latest firmware,
and then reinsert the Bridge.
Flashing yellow/blue light
The Bridge is trying to connect. If

TROUBLESHOOTING
The Sensor Bridge isnt connecting
Ensure your camera is online, has a
stable connection, and the latest
firmware. If problems persist, remove
it doesnt turn solid blue after
several minutes check to ensure
your camera is online and has
the latest firmware. Remove the
Bridge, wait for camera
connection to be stable, then
reinsert the Bridge.
Solid blue light
The Bridge is working properly.
Flashing blue light
The Bridge is pairing to a sensor.

Ensure your Wyze Cam or Wyze
Cam Pan is setup, online, and has
the most updated firmware.

CONTACT SENSOR
PLACEMENT
Ensure the two sections of the Contact
Sensor are at most 2 cm apart when closed.

Insert the Sensor Bridge into the
USB port of a Wyze Cam or Wyze
Cam Pan and wait for the Status
Light to turn solid blue.

Open the Wyze app and tap the
3 dots on the top right corner of
the Home Page. Select Add a
Productand then select the
Sensor type you want to setup
first. Follow the instructions in
the Wyze app to finish setup.

and Motion Sensor.

MOTION SENSOR
PLACEMENT
Place Sensor approximately 6 feet high and
ensure the Wyze Logo is in the top left corner.

A sensor wont connect to the Bridge
Ensure the Bridge is solid or flashing
blue and the camera has a stable
connection. If problems persist, try
moving the camera closer to the
sensor (we recommend sensors are
placed on the same floor as the
Bridge).
A sensor isnt working properly
Ensure your camera is online and has
a stable connection. Replace the
sensors battery if its status light
doesnt blink when triggered.
