RELIABILITY / QUALIFICATION SUMMARY:
As part of the release process, to ensure the additional assembly line is working correctly, first sample tests
are performed, followed by Incoming Quality Check (IQC) with 10 pcs of the first Lot of each part number.
Followed by an ongoing IQC of the following produced 3 Lots.
The following items are part of the IQC:
 Visual Appearance (Surface, Burr, Contaminations, …)
 Mechanical Parameters (according as specification in the Datasheet)
 Electrical Parameters (according as specified in the Datasheet)
