1.2 Receiver overview Note: The Wu loo multi functional receiver is optional. You can ignore the following section if you did not purchase one. The multi functional receiver is optional. This window and door alarm has the capability to work well without a receiver if used in Mode B. The alarm cannot be used in Mode A or Mode C without a Wu loo receiver. The receiver will continue to work inside the home. It can operate on either AC power or with the installation of three (3) AA batteries.

Getting Started (Mode B only) The basic steps for installing and setting up your window alarm are as follows: 2.1 Turn on the window alarm 2.2 Setting the volume&chime of window alarm 2.3 Setting the work mode 2.4 Charge for window alarm 2.5 Installing the window alarm 2.1 Turn on the window alarm By default, the window alarm is turned off when it arrives in your package. 2.3 Setting the work mode There are three working modes for this window alarm. If you did not purchase a Wu loo receiver, please set the mode switch to the middle position for Mode B. 3. Advanced Settings 3.1 Mode A & Mode C setting This window alarm has three working modes: Mode A, Mode B, and Mode C. Modes A and C need to be connected with Wu loo multi functional receiver in order for them to function. In Mode A, only the receiver will provide sound. In Mode C, both the host component of the window alarm and the Wu loo receiver will sound.

3.2 More settings for Wu loo receiver The Wu loo receiver is multi functional. The receiver also functions as a clock or alarm with mute settings. 3.2.1 Chime setting for Wu loo receiver The receiver can connect with up to 8 sensors. You can set a different melody for each of these sensors to help you judge which sensor has recently detected action at its location. There are 36 melodies available in total. In standby mode, press the PAIRED button, and the screen will show 4 characters.
The melody volume is adjustable. In standby mode (indicated by a screen displaying the current time), press the UP/DOWN button to adjust the volume. There are 8 volume levels available. In standby status, press UP/DOWN button to adjust volume. 3.2.2 Mute Mode Press & Hold the “MUTE” button for 3 seconds to activate the device’s mute mode. While in mute mode, the device will show a mute logo that will flash and show the channel number on the screen without ringing.
