6.17 Replacing the SSDs Removing the SSDs To remove the SSD, follow the instructions below. 1. Remove screw and take SSD carrier out from the SSD tray. 2. Slide SSD out from the SSD carrier.

5. Remove all screws from the PDB. 6. Push the bus bar adapter inward (1) and take PDB (2) out carefully from the chassis.

6.20 Installing the PDB To install the PDB, follow the instructions below. 1. Carefully insert the PDB (2) into the chassis and make sure the bus bar adapter goes out through its slot on the rear (1). 2. Carefully slide the PDB outward without scraping against the standoffs.
3. Fasten screws 1, 2, 3 and 4 (in this order) and then secure screws 5 to 12 (in any order) to the PDB. 4. Secure the bus bar adapter to the rear of the system using two screws and washers.
5. Use a screw to secure the grounding cable to the PDB and routing in cable clip. 6. Put fan cage back to the chassis and tighten thumb screws.
7. Reconnect fan4,5 power cable and all the cables to the PDB. No. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. & 7.
6.21 Replacing the Air Baffle Removing the Air Baffle To remove the air baffle follow the instructions below. 1. Grab both side of air baffle (1) and flip carefully to remove from the chassis (2).
6.22 Installing the Air Baffle 1. Insert (1) and lower (2) the air baffle into the chassis.
6.23 Replacing the HDD Removing the HDD To remove the HDD follow the instructions below. 1. Unlock and pull up the HDD latch (1) (2).
2. Take the HDD out from HDD module.
6.24 Installing the HDD Installing the HDD To installing the HDD follow the instructions below. 1. Put HDD into HDD module. 2. Press down the HDD gently to the bottom of HDD module. 3. Lock the HDD latch.

6.25 Replacing the Fan Removing the Fan To remove the Fan follow the instructions below. 1. Disconnect the fan cables and unlock quarter turn, then take fan carrier out. 2. Remove screws, push pin, fan guard from fan carrier of rear side and keep it to reuse.
3. Remove push pin, fan guard from fan of front side and keep it to reuse.
6.26 Installing the Fan Installing the Fan To install the fan follow the instructions below. 1. Install the fan guard to front side of fan and fix by push pins. 2. Put the fan into fan carrier and fix with fan guard by screws and push pins.
3. Install the fan module into chassis and ensure quarter turn is fixed on fan tray. 4. Reconnect the fan cables to the fan.
6.27 Replace NFC Adapter Board ⚫ Remove 2 screws on NFC Adapter Board ⚫ Remove 2 NFC Reader’s FFC cables after flipping connector carefully ⚫ NFC Adapter Board can be removed then replace by new NFC Adapter Board ⚫ Flip connectors and connect 2 NFC Readers into NFC adapter board carefully ⚫ Fix NFC adapter board into NFC outer cover by 2 screws.
