To obtain warranty service, please return product to Wicked Audio for a no charge repair or
replacement at our option. When returning earbuds, please send the product itself in a padded
envelope.
DO NOT return earbuds in a letter envelope, as it will NOT arrive. You DO NOT need to return
the original packaging that any Wicked Audio products came in.
Be sure to include the following info with your return. Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number,
and $5.00 USD to cover shipping. Wicked Audio accepts Visa/Mastercard, cash, check, and
money order made out to Wicked Audio.
If you purchased the product in the last 30 days, the $5.00 return shipping charge is waived if you
provide a bill of sale or receipt/invoice for the proof of purchase. You must mail the product back
to Wicked Audio and have it postmarked by the 30th day for the waived shipping to be valid.
Please note that you DO NOT need to mail multiple shipments or include multiple checks if you
have more than one unit to return. Only send 1 package with 1 return shipping charge per
shipment.
Wicked Audio warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship to the original
retail purchaser. Warranty does not cover cosmetic damages incurred during transportation,
damages due to abuse, improper maintenance, or any other issue.
