ISTRUZIONI IMPORTANTI PER LA SICUREZZA LA SICUREZZA VOSTRA E DEGLI ALTRI È MOLTO IMPORTANTE Il presente manuale e l’apparecchio stesso sono corredati da importanti messaggi relativi alla sicurezza, da leggere ed osservare sempre. Questo è il simbolo di pericolo, relativo alla sicurezza, il quale avverte dei potenziali rischi per l’utilizzatore e per gli altri.
- - - - A fine cottura, aprire lo sportello dell’apparecchio con cautela, facendo uscire gradualmente l’aria calda o il vapore prima di accedere al suo interno. Quando lo sportello dell’apparecchio è chiuso l’aria calda fuoriesce dall’apertura sopra il pannello di controllo. Non ostruire in nessun caso le aperture di ventilazione. Usare guanti da forno per rimuovere pentole e accessori facendo attenzione a non toccare gli elementi riscaldanti.
RACCOMANDAZIONI GENERALI Prima dell’utilizzo: - Rimuovere protezioni di cartone, pellicole trasparenti ed etichette adesive dagli accessori. Togliere gli accessori dal forno e riscaldarlo a 200° per un’ora circa in modo da eliminare odori e fumi derivanti da materiale isolante e grassi di protezione. Durante l’utilizzo: - Non appoggiare pesi sulla porta in quanto essi potrebbero danneggiarla. Non aggrapparsi alla porta o appendere oggetti alla maniglia.
Il programmatore elettronico non funziona: • Se sul display viene visualizzata una “ ” seguita da un numero, contattare il Servizio Assistenza più vicino. Specificare in tal caso il numero che segue la lettera “ ”. SERVIZIO ASSISTENZA Prima di contattare il Servizio Assistenza: 1. Verificare che non sia possibile risolvere da soli il problema sulla base dei punti descritti in “Guida ricerca guasti”. 2. Spegnere e riaccendere l’apparecchio per accertarsi che l’inconveniente sia stato ovviato.
Pulizia della paratia posteriore e dei pannelli laterali catalitici (se in dotazione): IMPORTANTE: non usare detergenti corrosivi o abrasivi, spazzole ruvide, spugne per pentole o spray per forno che potrebbero danneggiare la superficie catalitica, facendole perdere le sue proprietà autopulenti. • Far funzionare il forno a vuoto ad una temperatura di 200°C per circa un’ora con la funzione ventilato. • Al termine, lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio ed usare una spugna per rimuovere eventuali residui di cibo.
SPOSTAMENTO DELLA RESISTENZA SUPERIORE (SOLO PER ALCUNI MODELLI) 1. 2. 3. Rimuovere le griglie porta accessori laterali (Fig. 3). Estrarre leggermente la resistenza (Fig. 4) e abbassarla (Fig. 5). Per riposizionare la resistenza, sollevarla, tirandola leggermente verso di sè, assicurandosi che appoggi sulle apposite sedi laterali. INSERIMENTO DI GRIGLIE E ALTRI ACCESSORI ALL’INTERNO DEL FORNO La griglia e gli altri accessori sono dotati di un sistema di blocco che ne evita l’estrazione involontaria. Fig. 1 1. 2. Inserire la griglia orizzontalmente, con la parte rialzata “A” orientata verso l’alto (Fig. 1). Inclinare la griglia in corrispondenza della posizione di blocco “B” (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 Fig. 3 3. PRERISCALDAMENTO RAPIDO 1. 2. 3. 4. Selezionare la funzione preriscaldamento rapido ruotando la manopola “Funzioni” in corrispondenza del simbolo . Confermare con il tasto : le impostazioni appaiono sul display. Se la temperatura proposta corrisponde a quella desiderata premere il tasto . Per modificarla procedere come indicato nei paragrafi precedenti. Sul display appare la scritta PRE. Al raggiungimento della temperatura impostata, questa verrà sostituita dal relativo valore (es.
INDICAZIONE DEL CALORE RESIDUO ALL’INTERNO DEL FORNO Alla fine di ogni cottura, o allo spegnimento del forno, se la temperatura all’interno della cavità è superiore ai 50°C, sul display appare la scritta “CALDO” con indicata la temperatura presente in quel momento. Quando il calore residuo raggiunge i 50°C, sul display ritorna l’ora corrente. CONTAMINUTI Questa funzione può essere utilizzata solo a forno spento ed è utile, ad esempio, per controllare il tempo di cottura della pasta.

MANOPOLA FUNZIONI (Continua) IMPOSTAZIONI PANE/PIZZA PRERISCALDAM. RAPIDO Per impostare il display (lingua, ora, luminosità, volume del segnale acustico, risparmio energetico). Per cuocere diversi tipi e formati di pane e pizza. All’interno di questa funzione, sono presenti due programmi le cui impostazioni sono predefinite. Basterà soltanto indicare i valori richiesti (temperatura e tempo) e il forno gestirà automaticamente il ciclo di cottura ottimale.

CONSIGLI D’UTILIZZO E SUGGERIMENTI Come leggere la tabella di cottura La tabella indica la funzione migliore da utilizzare per un determinato alimento, da cuocere su uno o più ripiani contemporaneamente. I tempi di cottura si riferiscono all’introduzione del cibo nel forno, escluso il preriscaldamento (ove richiesto). Le temperature e i tempi di cottura sono indicativi e dipendono dalla quantità di cibo e dal tipo di accessorio.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS YOUR SAFETY AND THAT OF OTHERS IS PARAMOUNT This manual and the appliance itself provide important safety warnings, to be read and observed at all times. This is the danger symbol, pertaining to safety, which alerts users to potential risks to themselves and others. All safety warnings are preceded by the danger symbol and the following terms: DANGER Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will cause serious injury.
- - Use oven gloves to remove pans and accessories, taking care not to touch the heating elements. Do not place flammable materials in or near the appliance: a fire may break out if the appliance is inadvertently switched on. Do not heat or cook sealed jars or containers in the appliance. The pressure that builds up inside might cause the jar to explode, damaging the appliance. Do not use containers made of synthetic materials. Overheated oils and fats catch fire easily.
During use: - Do not place heavy objects on the door as they could damage it. Do not cling to the door or hang anything from the handle. Do not cover the inside of the oven with aluminium foil. Never pour water into the inside of a hot oven; this could damage the enamel coating. Never drag pots or pans across the bottom of the oven as this could damage the enamel coating. Make sure that the electrical cables of other appliances do not touch hot parts of the oven or become trapped in the door.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE Before calling the After-Sales Service: 1. See if you can solve the problem yourself with the help of the suggestions given in the “Troubleshooting guide“. 2. Switch the appliance off and back on again it to see if the fault persists. If after the above checks the fault still occurs, get in touch with the nearest After-sales Service.
Cleaning cycle of ovens with pyrolysis function (if present): - WARNING Do not touch the oven during the pyrolysis cycle. Keep children away from the oven during the pyrolysis cycle. This function burns off spatters produced inside the oven during cooking at a temperature of approx. 500°C. At this high temperature, the deposits turn into a light ash which can be easily wiped away with a damp cloth, when the oven is cool.
REPLACING THE OVEN LAMP To replace the rear lamp (if present): 1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply. 2. Unscrew the lamp cover (Fig. 6), replace the lamp (see note for lamp type) and screw the lamp cover back on. 3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply. To replace the side lamp (if present): 1. Disconnect the oven from the power supply. 2. Remove the side accessory holder grilles, if present (Fig. 3). 3. Use a screwdriver to prise off the lamp cover (Fig. 7). 4.

INSERTING WIRE SHELVES AND OTHER ACCESSORIES IN THE OVEN The wire shelf and other accessories are provided with a locking mechanism to prevent their accidental removal. Fig. 1 1. 2. Insert the wire shelf horizontally, with the raised part “A” upwards (Fig. 1). Angle the wire shelf when it reaches the locking position “B” (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 Fig. 3 3. Return the wire shelf to the horizontal position and push it in fully to “C” (Fig. 3). 4. To remove the wire shelf proceed in reverse order.

FAST PREHEATING 1. 2. 3. 4. Turn the “Functions” knob to the symbol to select the fast preheating function. Confirm by pressing : the settings are shown on the display. If the proposed temperature is that desired, press button . To change the temperature, proceed as described in previous paragraphs. The message PRE appears on the display. When the set temperature is reached, the corresponding value (e.g. 200°C) appears on the display and the acoustic signal sounds.
TIMER This function can be used only with the oven switched off and is useful, for example, for monitoring the cooking time of pasta. The maximum time which can be set is 23 hours and 59 minutes. 1. With the “Functions” knob at zero, turn the “Browse” knob to display the desired time. 2. Press button to start the countdown. When the set time has elapsed, the display will show “00:00:00” and an acoustic signal will sound. To mute the acoustic signal, press button (the time of day appears on the display).

Turn the “Browse” knob to set the required temperature (between 180°C and 220°C) and confirm with button . Turn the “Browse” knob to set the required cooking duration and press to start cooking. RECOMMENDED USE AND TIPS How to read the cooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be cooked on one or more shelves at the same time. Cooking times start from the moment food is placed in the oven, excluding pre-heating (where required). Cooking temperatures and times are purely for guidance and will depend on the amount of food and type of accessory used.
