GETTING TO KNOW YOUR APPLIANCE The appliance you have just bought, marked by the symbol , can be used for freezing fresh and cooked food, making ice cubes and storing frozen and deep-frozen food. For best use of your applaince, please read these instructions carefully. They contain a description of your appliance and useful tips for storing food. TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT The thermostat (see Fig. 1) is used to adjust the temperature inside the appliance. Position • indicates that the operation of the appliance is interrupted. The ideal storage temperature of frozen food for a long time is -18°C. In normal conditions (ambient temperature between +20°C and +25°C), it is advisable to adjust the thermostat knob to a middle position. To obtain colder or warmer temperatures than -18°C, turn the thermostat knob to the highest setting or to position “•”.
THAWING Some tips: Vegetables to be cooked: do not thaw, but simply put into boiling water and cook as normal. Meat (large cuts): thaw in the refrigerator without removing the original package. Leave at ambient temperature for about two hours before cooking. (small cuts): thaw at ambient temperature or cook straight away. Fish: thaw in the refrigerator without removing from package or cook when half defrosted. Pre-cooked food: cook in the oven straight away without removing the aluminium container.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE The incorrect operation of the appliance is not always due to a fault but it may also result from incorrect installation or use. To avoid unnecessary service calls for which you will be charged, we recommend you consult this troubleshooting guide: 1. If the red LED is permanently on or blinking, the internal temperature is too high.

Remove the fuse cover (A) and fuse (B). 2. Fit replacement 13A fuse into fuse cover. 3. Refit both into plug.
