IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS This manual and the appliance itself provide important safety advices, to be read and observed at all times. All safety advices give specific details of the potential risk present and indicate how to reduce risk of injury, damage and electric shock resulting from improper use of the appliance. Carefully observe the following instructions: • The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply before carrying out any installation work.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE PRESENTATION There are grooves in the oven walls, called steps (fig. 1) on which we can place the accessories listed below (fig. 2). The type and the quantity of accessories vary according to the model: The cookers are fitted with a hob to gas, and a electric oven;. the latter can be either conventional or forced type (with fan). The burners are equipped with safety thermocouples (Tc) (fig. 5).

The time of the day turns off, symbol “A” and “End” flash. Symbol turns off and the symbol “A” turns on. The symbol is illuminated again when the cooking starts. At the end of the set time, the buzzer will start, the symbol turns off and the symbol “A” flashes. To turn off the buzzer press MODE button. Now the oven is off.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE HOW TO USE THE SPIT (E) • Place the chicken or piece of meat to roast firmly between the two forks on the spit and make sure it is evenly balanced to prevent straining the motor. • Rest the spit on the support introducing the end in the seat and unscrew and remove the hand grip from the spit. • TIMER (D) To set cooking time, first wind the timer up by turning it completely once from left to right and then back ti the number of minutes you want.
USER’S INSTRUCTIONS HOB: GENERAL NOTES ON SAFETY Optimum use of the burners To get the maximum yield with the minimum consumption of gas it is handy to keep the following points in mind: • Once the burner has been lit, adjust the flame according to your needs. • Use an appropriately sized pan for each burner (see the table below and fig. 3). • When the content of the pan start to boil, turn the knob down to “Reduced rate position” (small flame).
USER’S INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO USE THE MULTIFUNCTION OVEN • When grilling always put a little water in the grill pan. The water prevents the grease from burning and from giving off bad smells and smoke. Add more water during grilling to compensate for evaporation. • After using the appliance ensure that all the controls are in the off position. • WARNING!!! During and after use, the oven door glass and the accessible parts can be very hot, therefore keep children away from the appliance.
USER’S INSTRUCTIONS DEFROSTING + WARM UP BY HOT AIR CONVETIONAL GRILL COOKING Turn the selector knob to the symbol and set the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. Selecting this function the top central heating element turns on and heat is distributed directly on food surface. Apart from grilling, this function is ideal to add a golden roast to your recipes or to toast bread slices. The grill function automatically activates the eventual spit.
USER’S INSTRUCTIONS USEFUL COOKING TIPS Meat: • If, when cooking meat, the time needed is more than 40 minutes, turn the oven off 10 minutes before the end of cooking time to exploit the residual heat (energy saving). • Your roast will be juicier if cooked in a closed pan; it will be crispier if cooked without a lid. • Normally white meat, poultry and fish need medium temperatures (less than 200°C). • To cook “rare” red meats, high temperatures (over 200°C) and short cooking times are needed.

USER’S INSTRUCTIONS CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE STRUCTURE All the cooker parts (in enamelled or painted metal, steel, or glass) should be cleaned frequently with warm soapy water and then rinsed and dried with a soft cloth.
USER’S INSTRUCTIONS OVEN DOOR REMOVAL The oven door can be removed to give easier access to the oven when cleaning. To remove, proceed as follows: • Open the oven door and insert rivet or nail (R) in the hole (F) of the hinge (fig. E). • Partially close the door, forcing it upwards at the same time to free stop tooth and hinge sector. • Once the hinge is free, pull the door forwards tilting it slightly upwards to free sector.
TROUBLESHOOTING Some of the problems occur because of simple maintenance oversights or operation mistakes and can easily be resolved without having to call for technical assistance. PROBLEM The appliance is not working REMEDY • Make sure the gas cock is open • Check the plug is in • Check that the knobs are set correctly for cooking and then repeat the operations given in the handbook • Check the electrical system safety switches (RCD). INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER TECHNICAL INFORMATION INSTALLATION • The installation, adjustments, conversions and maintenance operations listed in this part must only be carried out by qualified personnel. The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property resulting from an incorrect installation of the appliance. • The safety and automatic adjustment devices of the appliances may, during its life, only be modified by the manufacturer or duly authorised supplier.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER VENTILATION The appliance should not be installed in a room of volume less than 20 m³. The quantity of air necessary is that required for a regular combustion of the gas and for the ventilation of the room. The natural flow of air must be direct through permanent openings in the walls of the room that open directly to the outside with a minimum cross section of 100 cm2 (fig. 10). These openings must be positioned so they cannot be obstructed.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER SECURING THE COOKER TO WALL (14) Note: The installation of the chain provided is for safety reasons, it must be installed as indicated below. To prevent the cooker tipping forwards in the event of children standing on the oven door or where users put extreme weight on the door when in open position, two chains MUST BE fixed to the back of the oven which should at all times be secured to the threaded pins.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER ATTENTION: • If the appliance is going to be recessed (class 2 subclass 1), connect it to the gas supply source using only flexible stainless steel, seamless pipes in accordance with the standard. • If the appliance is going to be installed free-standing (class 1) and if you use the flexible rubber hose, it is necessary to follow the instructions and the fig. 14 given below: • On its route, the hose must not touch any parts where the over temperature is than 95°C.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER ELECTRICAL CONNECTION When connecting directly to the mains: • Install a multipolar switch that can withstand the appliance load, with a minimum opening between the contacts of 3 mm. • Remember that the earth wire must not be cut out by the switch. The electrical connection must be carried out in accordance with the current standards and laws in force.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER ADJUSTMENTS • When the taps is equipped with flame failure device, the adjustment screw (V) is over (fig. 15) or on the side of the stem (fig.16). • Check that the flame does not go out when the knob is sharply switched from the “Full on” to “Reduced rate” positions. • Always disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply before making any adjustment. • All seal must be replaced by the technician following any adjustment or regulation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLER REPLACING THE TAPS (fig. 18) To change a tap proceed as follows: • Remove pan supports, burner heads and knobs. • Unscrew the burners securing screws. • Remove the lateral sides, lid and hob. • Unscrew the check nuts of rails (D) and/or of any thermocouples and remove tap (R) by unscrewing the screws (V). • Partly remove the burners small supply pipes and change the relative part.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE Before calling the After-Sales Service: 1. See if you can eliminate the problem on your own (see “Troubleshooting Guide”). 2. Switch the appliance off and on again to see if the problem persists. If the fault persists after the above checks, contact your nearest After-Sales Service. Specify: • the type of fault; • exact type and model of oven; • the After-Sales Service number (the number given after the word “Service” on the dataplate) located inside the storage compartment flap.

DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL PRÉSENTATION Les rainures présentes sur les parois de l’enceinte de cuisson du four sont appelées « gradins » (Fig. 1) ; vous pouvez y placer les accessoires énoncés ci-après (fig. 2). Le type et le nombre d’accessoires peuvent varier en fonction du modèle : La cuisinière est équipée d’une table de cuisson au gaz et d’un four électrique. Le four peut être de type traditionnel ou à chaleur pulsée (avec ventilateur). Les brûleurs sont dotés d’un thermocouple de sécurité (Tc) (fig.

DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL PROGRAMMATEUR ÉLECTRONIQUE « TACTILE » (D) Réglage de l’heure. Après le branchement secteur de l’appareil ou après une coupure de courant, le symbole « A » et l’indication « 0,00 » clignotent tous les deux simultanément à l’écran. Maintenez les touches + et - simultanément enfoncés pendant quelques secondes, ou uniquement la touche MODE, jusqu’à ce que le symbole s’éteigne et que le symbole s’allume. L’heure peut être réglée lorsque le point affiché sous le symbole clignote.

Assurez-vous que la pièce de viande est bien placée au milieu de la broche pour éviter tout déséquilibre, ce qui entraînerait un effort excessif du moteur. • Posez la broche sur le support en introduisant l’extrémité dans le logement prévu à cet effet ; dévissez et retirez la poignée de la broche.

MODE D’EMPLOI GRIL TRADITIONNEL Placez le sélecteur sur le symbole correspondant et réglez la température souhaitée à l’aide du bouton thermostat. Cette fonction active la résistance supérieure centrale ; la chaleur est répartie directement sur la surface des aliments. Outre à griller des aliments, cette fonction est idéale pour dorer vos mets ou pour griller des tranches de pain. La fonction Gril active automatiquement la broche, si celle-ci est installée.
MODE D’EMPLOI CONSEILS DE CUISSON UTILES Viande : • Lorsque vous cuisez de la viande, si le temps de cuisson dépasse 40 minutes, éteignez le four 10 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson pour utiliser la chaleur résiduelle (économie d’énergie). • Votre rôti sera plus juteux si vous le cuisez dans un récipient fermé ; il sera plus croustillant si vous le cuisez sans le couvrir. • En règle générale, la viande blanche, la volaille et le poisson requièrent une température de cuisson moyenne (inférieure à 200 °C).

MODE D’EMPLOI NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN • Si vous avez du mal à ouvrir ou à fermer un bouton, ne forcez pas et contactez immédiatement l’assistance technique. • Après utilisation, traitez les plaques à l’aide d’un produit spécifique disponible dans le commerce, afin de maintenir les surfaces propres et brillantes. Ceci empêche également la formation de rouille. • Éliminez les liquides qui ont débordé à l’aide d’une éponge.
MODE D’EMPLOI REMPLACEMENT DE L’AMPOULE DU FOUR (fig. 8) Avant de remplacer la lampe du four, veillez à mettre l’appareil hors tension pour éviter tout risque éventuel d’électrocution. Il convient de nettoyer la cavité du four après chaque utilisation pour éliminer les résidents d’aliments, les graisses ou le sucre, afin d’éviter qu’ils ne carbonisent, ne forment des dépôts et des taches indélébiles et ne dégagent des odeurs désagréables lorsque vous réutiliserez le four.
CHARTE DE DÉPANNAGE Certains problèmes se produisent suite à des défauts d’entretien ou à des erreurs d’utilisation, et peuvent être résolus sans faire appel au Service Après-vente. PROBLÈME L’appareil ne fonctionne pas. Le four électrique ne fonctionne pas. Le thermostat ne fonctionne pas. Le témoin d’avertissement du thermostat électrique ne l’allume pas pendant le fonctionnement. L’éclairage du four ne s’allume pas. REMÈDE • Vérifiez que le robinet d’arrivée du gaz est ouvert.

La quantité d’air nécessaire est celle qui est requise pour assurer une combustion régulière du gaz et la ventilation de la pièce. Le flux naturel d’air doit être acheminé à travers des ouvertures permanentes pratiquées dans les murs de la pièce et donnant directement vers l’extérieur, dont la section transversale doit être au moins de 100 cm2 (fig. 10).

Pour empêcher que la cuisinière ne bascule vers l’avant si des enfants montent sur la porte du four ou si un poids excessif y est déposé lorsque celle-ci est en position d’ouverture, deux chaînes DOIVENT ÊTRE fixées à l’arrière du four qui doit constamment être fixé aux axes filetés.

INSTRUCTIONS À L’INTENTION DE L’INSTALLATEUR RÉGLAGES • Vérifiez que la flamme ne s’éteint pas lorsque vous passez de la position « grande flamme » à la position « petite flamme ». • Veillez à toujours débrancher l’appareil avant de procéder à tout réglage. • Tous les joints doivent être remis en place par le technicien une fois le réglage effectué.
INSTRUCTIONS À L’INTENTION DE L’INSTALLATEUR REMPLACEMENT DES ROBINETS (fig. 18) Pour remplacer un robinet, procédez comme suit : • Retirez les supports pour casseroles, les têtes de brûleur et les boutons. • Desserrez les vis de fixation des brûleurs. • Retirez les parois latérales, le couvercle et la table de cuisson. • Desserrez les écrous d’arrêt des guides (D) et/ou des thermocouples, puis déposez le robinet (R) en desserrant les vis (V).
SERVICE APRÈS-VENTE Avant d’appeler le Service Après-vente : 1. Vérifiez si vous êtes en mesure de résoudre le problème par vous-même (voir paragraphe « Charte de dépannage »). 2. Mettez l’appareil hors tension, puis de nouveau sous tension pour voir si le problème est résolu. Si l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas après ces différents contrôles, contactez le Service Après-vente le plus proche.
