Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents,
including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or
pet damage
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller
