ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE FIGURE 1 Before using your Meat Slicer for the first time, wash all parts thoroughly, taking particular care to remove all grease and oil from surfaces. Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling. See “Cleaning Instructions” section of this booklet. Protective Shield CAUTION! SHARP BLADE! Carefully remove the black protective shield from the Meat Slicer Blade.
6. Start the Meat Slicer by depressing the green “ON” button on the Power Switch. 7. Hold the Food Presser and Sliding Food Carriage Handle; keep your hands protected behind the Food Presser. 8. To begin slicing, push food in toward the Gauge Plate with the Food Presser and slide food over with the Sliding Food Carriage until it reaches the end of its travel. Slide the Sliding Food Carriage back and repeat until you have sliced the desired amount of food.

INSTRUCCIONES EN ESPAÑOL ANTES DE USAR FIGURE 1 Antes de utilizar su rebanadora de carne por primera vez, lave muy bien todas las partes, teniendo especial cuidado de quitar toda la grasa y aceite de las superficies. Seque muy bien todas las piezas antes de volver a ensamblar. Ver la sección de “Instrucciones de Limpieza” de este cuadernillo. Retire con cuidado la guarda protectora negra de la cuchilla de la rebanadora de carne.
6. Arranque la rebanadora de carne presionando el botón verde “ON” (encendido) en el interruptor de corriente. 7. Sostenga el prensador de alimentos y el carro de alimentos deslizante; mantenga sus manos protegidas detrás del prensador de alimentos. 8. Para comenzar a rebanar, presione los alimentos hacia la placa medidora con el prensador de alimentos y deslice los alimentos con el carro deslizador de alimentos hasta que éste llegue al final de su recorrido.
