Alle Arbeiten dürfen nur von ausgebildetem

Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden, das die

geltenden Bestimmungen und Normen des

Verwendungsbereichs kennt.

Beachten Sie die mitgelieferten Dokumenta-

tionen zu den einzelnen Komponenten.

WARNUNG

Gefährliche Berührungsspannung!

► Führen Sie Montage- und Verdrahtungsarbeiten

nur im spannungsfreien Zustand aus.

► Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Montageort span-

nungsfrei ist.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Die Plug&Play-Box ist dafür vorgesehen, in einer Pro-

duktionslinie von Maschinen oder Anlagen eingebaut

zu werden, um ein Energiemanagementsystem zu

integrieren. Mit der Plug&Play-Box können elektrische

und pneumatische Leistungen angezeigt, gemessen

und protokolliert werden. Die aufgezeichneten Daten

können per Modbus-TCP an ein Firmennetzwerk

übertragen werden.

Die Plug&Play-Box darf nur in technisch einwand-

freiem Zustand verwendet werden und sie darf nicht

verändert werden. Die Plug&Play-Box darf nur in

Innenräumen verwendet werden. Die zulässigen Um-

gebungsbedingungen und Einsatzgrenzen müssen

eingehalten werden (siehe technische Daten). Zum

bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch gehört das Beach-

ten aller Produktdokumentationen.

► Carry out assembly and wiring work only when

the power supply is disconnected.

► Make sure that the place of installation has been

disconnected from the power supply.

Intended use

The Plug&Play-Box is intended for installation in a

production line of industrial machines or plants in or-

der to integrate an energy management system. The

box is used to display, measure and log electrical and

pneumatic performances. The logged data can be

transferred to a company network via Modbus-TCP.

The Plug&Play-Box may only be used in technically

proper condition and it may not be modied. The

Plug&Play-Box may only be used indoor. The per-

missable environmental conditions and application

limits of the product must be observed (see technical

data). The observance of the entire product documen-

tations is part of the intended use.

Installation

Mounting site

The Plug&Play-Box should be permanently installed in

the neighbourhood of the plant parts to be monitored.

The box must be mounted vertically on the wall. The

mounting wall must be plane and free of vibration.

When mounting with magnetic mounting feet:

Regard the weight of the box and the resulting

shearing forces of the connected cables!

► Fasten the Plug&Play-Box with 4 screws at the

intended mounting site (see mounting dimensions).

Regard the tightening torque.

► Carry out all the connections provided.

Commissioning

Only start up the Plug&Play-Box if the following condi-

tions are met:

– The Plug&Play-Box has been mounted according

to the instructions and it is undamaged.

– All cables are connected correctly and are tight.

► Switch on the power supply of the machine or

plant.

As soon as the power lines are connected, the energy

meter starts operating.The start screen is displayed.

► In order to use the web application, enter the TCP/

IP-address to the Energy Meter 750-230 (see de-

livered Energy Meter operating instructions).

For products with integrated current transformers and

ow sensors, the measuring device is already preset.

When using external current transformers and ow

sensors, you must adjust the measuring instrument

during commissioning (see delivered Energy Meter

operating instructions).

Disassembly

► Remove all connected cables.

► Dismount the Plug&Play-Box.

and electronic equipment

The products contain substances that can be dan-

gerous for the environment and human health.

Therefore, do not dispose of the products in unsort-

ed municipal waste.

When the products reach the end of their life cycle,

you can return them to Weidmüller, and we will ar-

range for their proper disposal. Please pack the

products properly and send them to your responsible

distributor.

Montage

Montageort

Die Plug&Play-Box sollte in der Nähe der zu überwa-

chenden Anlagenteile dauerhaft montiert werden. Die

Box muss senkrecht wandhängend montiert werden.

Die Montagewand muss eben und schwingungsfrei

sein.

Bei Montage mit magnetischen Montagefü-

ßen: Beachten Sie das Gewicht der Box und

die entstehenden Scherkräfte der angeschlos-

senen Leitungen!

► Befestigen Sie die Plug&Play-Box mit 4 Schrauben

am vorgesehenen Montageort (siehe Montagema-

ße). Beachten Sie das Anzugdrehmoment.

► Führen Sie alle vorgesehenen Anschlüsse aus.

Inbetriebnahme

Nehmen Sie die Plug&Play-Box nur in Betrieb, wenn

die folgenden Voraussetzungen gegeben sind:

– Die Plug&Play-Box ist vorschriftsgemäß montiert

und unbeschädigt.

– Alle Leitungen sind korrekt angeschlossen und

sitzen fest.

► Schalten Sie die Stromversorgung der Maschine

oder Anlage ein.

Sobald die Energieleitungen angeschlossen sind, geht

das Energiemessgerät in Betrieb. Auf dem Display

wird der Startbildschirm angezeigt.

► Um die Web-Applikation nutzen zu können, geben

Sie die TCP/IP-Adresse im Energy Meter 750-230

ein (siehe beiliegende Bedienungsanleitung zum

Energy Meter).

Bei den Produkten mit integrierten Stromwandlern und

Durchusssensoren ist das Messgerät bereits vorein-

gestellt.

Bei Verwendung von externen Stromwandlern und

Durchusssensoren müssen Sie das Messgerät bei

der Inbetriebnahme einstellen (siehe beiliegende Be-

dienungsanleitung zum Energy Meter 750-230).

Demontage

► Entfernen Sie alle angeschlossenen Leitungen.

► Demontieren Sie die Plug&Play-Box.
