Internal Threaded Screw Sockets
The internal threaded sockets are welded to the wall of the enclosure and allow
for simple gland plate xing. The elimination of any additional sealing material
has minimised the inuence of any possible ingress as a result of a mechanical
impact, excessive torques or vibration. This design innovation, is exclusively
featured on the Klippon
®
TB enclosure product family. This provides total
protection once the gland plates have been tted.
Additionally, captive washers are used with the gland plate screws to increase the
performance and the general stability of the xing screws.
