Gentlemen,
This letter is to comply with the requirements of section 15.203 as we hereby state
that the device pertaining to application FCC-ID UGM-WBS2400-2S requires
professional installation due to the following reasons:
A) This device must be professionally installed and used only with components
(e.g. antennas) provided with the product. Failure to do so may result in
significantly lower performance of the product.
B) The device and all of its components should be installed only by experienced
installation professionals who are familiar with local building and safety
codes and, wherever applicable, are licensed by the appropriate government
regulatory authorities.
C) The devices will be sold to dealers and service providers and will not be sold
in general public stores.
