Product Warranty

Customer Warranty Policy
This Warranty sets forth all the responsibilities of WateRx regarding it products.
Replacement of defective parts is the customer’s exclusive remedy. This
Warranty is the only one you will receive for this product, and there are no other
expressed or implied warranties.
Coverage:
All housings of the WateRx system are warranted to be free from defect in
material and workmanship. WateRx will repair or replace any housing that
proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation and
continued service.
Execution of Warranty:
To exercise the rights provided by the WateRx Customer Warranty, it is the
customer’s responsibility to complete and return the provided Warranty
Registration card within thirty days of purchase. The return of this card is
required for warranty coverage. Replacement parts can be obtained by
returning the defective part or housing. Replacements will be provided and
shipped at no cost to the customer on the strict basis that the customer has met
Warranty coverage conditions.
Not Covered:
The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, alterations, failure
to follow instructions, neglect, acts of God (i.e. fire, flood, etc.), failure to service
your system monthly, or general misuse. Labor charges incurred in connection
with installation, repair, service, or replacements are not covered. Housings that
have been tampered with by replacement of existing hardware and/or fittings with
any and all hardware and/or fittings not provided by WateRx exclusively are not
covered under the warranty. After initial installation, the warranty does not cover
Whole House systems that are not regularly serviced, nor does the warranty
cover units that have sat idle without electricity for more than two weeks. A
monthly service plan is recommended, and available at customer request.
Instances For Which WateRx is Not Responsible:
WateRx will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product,
property damage or personal injury in conjunction with the product, its failure to
work or any other consequential damages.
State Law:
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty,
and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. These
exclusions may not apply in your state of residence. This Warranty provides the
customer specific legal rights. The customer may have other rights, which are in
accordance with his or her state of residence.
