WarmlyYours’ CeraZorb is a 5-mm. (3/16 in.) thick, synthetic
cork underlayment system that is specically designed for
setting tile and stone and is an excellent insulation choice
under our TempZone™ electric radiant oor-heating product.
CeraZorb is durable, lightweight, and is easy to install. It will
arrive in 2’ x 4’ sheets so that it will install at without worry of
curling or lifting as found with rolled underlayment. In addition
to its excellent insulating properties, CeraZorb is VOC-free and
environmentally friendly, while also offering acoustical impact
isolation and crack suppression. CeraZorb is economically
priced and readily available!
CeraZorb features:
• Easy installation
• Can be set under tile and stone, over any acceptable sub-oor
• Up to 25 times lighter than ¼” backer board
• Heat and cold resistant. CeraZorb will not rot, support mold
and mildew, or absorb moisture
• Stable and durable, remains unchanged after repeated
impact loads
Uses and Applications
CeraZorb should be considered when setting tile and stone
ooring, especially where there are concerns regarding sound
isolation and crack suppression. It is an excellent choice for
insulation under radiant heated oors being installed over concrete
slabs. Great for residential and light commercial applications.
