Tips on Push Notifications
Your WiFi baby monitor can send push notifications to
your smartphone via the Project Nursery Monitor App.
There are three types of push notifications:
Motion
Detection
Detects from video when baby moves.
Sends a “Video Motion” push notification.
Sound
Detection
Detects from audio when baby moves.
Sends an Audio Motion” push notification.
Temperature
Alarm
Detects when baby’s room is too hot or too cold.
Sends a “Temperature Alarm” push notification.
To get push notifications:
In the Project Nursery Monitor App on your smartphone, turn on the alert/
detection you want—Motion Detection, Sound Detection, or Temperature
Alarm. (See the User Guide for more information.)
In the Project Nursery Monitor App on your smartphone, click on the
Message
(Messages) icon at the bottom of the Home page. In the Messages screen,
click on Push notifications settings and make sure push notifications are
enabled for the camera you’re using.
In your phone’s settings, make sure you have push notifications enabled for
the Project Nursery Monitor App.
NOTE: There is a limit of one notification every two minutes for temperature,
sound, and motion notifications. These notifications have the following priorities:
temperature is most important, then sound, then motion.
