Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, müssen Sie als Anwender diese Bedienungsanleitung beachten! Diese Bedienungsanleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung.
2. Symbol-Erklärung Das Symbol mit dem Blitz im Dreieck wird verwendet, wenn Gefahr für Ihre Gesundheit besteht, z.B. durch einen elektrischen Schlag. • Beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise und Bedienungsanleitungen der übrigen Geräte, an die das Produkt angeschlossen wird. • Wenden Sie sich an eine Fachkraft, wenn Sie Zweifel über die Arbeitsweise, die Sicherheit oder den Anschluss des Produktes haben. • Lassen Sie Wartungs-, Anpassungsund Reparaturarbeiten ausschließlich von einem Fachmann bzw. einer Fachwerkstatt durchführen.
• Trennen Sie in diesem Fall das Produkt sofort von der Betriebsspannung, entnehmen Sie evtl. eingelegte Akkus. Betreiben Sie das Ladegerät nicht mehr, bringen Sie es in eine Fachwerkstatt. • Gelangen Flüssigkeiten auf das Steckernetzteil, so schalten Sie die Netzsteckdose stromlos, an der das Steckernetzteil angeschlossen ist. Schalten Sie hierzu den zugehörigen Sicherungsautomaten ab bzw. drehen Sie die Sicherung heraus.
• Betreiben Sie das Produkt niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Trotz der umfangreichen und vielfältigen Schutzschaltungen können Fehlfunktionen oder Probleme beim Aufladen eines Akkus nicht ausgeschlossen werden. • Wenn Sie mit dem Ladegerät oder Akkus arbeiten, tragen Sie keine metallischen oder leitfähigen Materialien, wie z.B. Schmuck (Ketten, Armbänder, Ringe o.ä.) Durch einen Kurzschluss besteht Brand- und Explosionsgefahr.
d) Akkushinweise • Akkus gehören nicht in Kinderhände. • Lassen Sie Akkus nicht offen herumliegen, es besteht die Gefahr, dass diese von Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt werden. Suchen Sie in einem solchen Fall sofort einen Arzt auf! • Akkus dürfen niemals kurzgeschlossen, zerlegt oder ins Feuer geworfen werden. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr! • Entnehmen Sie die Akkus nach dem Ende des Lade-/ Entladeprogramms aus dem Ladegerät.
6. Allgemeine Informationen Akkus bestehen aus zwei Elektroden, die in einem Elektrolyten eingebracht sind; damit ist ein Akku ein chemisches Element. Im Inneren dieses Elements laufen chemische Prozesse ab. Da diese Prozesse reversibel sind, können Akkus wieder aufgeladen werden. Zum Aufladen eines Akkus wird die sogenannte Ladespannung benötigt, welche größer als die Zellenspannung sein muss. Außerdem muss beim Aufladen mehr Energie (mAh) zugeführt werden, als danach wieder entnommen werden kann.
Bei Akkus ohne Angaben zum Ladestrom verwenden Sie die automatische Erkennungsfunktion „Auto“ zur Wahl von Akkytyp und Ladestrom. Manuell stellen Sie am Ladegerät einen Ladestrom in mA von etwa 1/10 der Akkukapazität ein (z.B. Akkukapazität 2500 mAh, Ladestrom von ca. 0,3 A einstellen). 7.

10. Einstellungsmenü Stellen Sie den Akkutyp, Betriebsart bzw. Lade-/Entladeparameter mit Hilfe der Firmware des Ladegeräts ein. Einige Gerätefeatures wie z.B. die Displayhelligkeit können ebenfalls im Einstellungsmenü vorgenommen werden. • Drücken und halten Sie die Einstellungs-Taste (6) für ca. 1 Sekunde, um in das Einstellungsmenü zu gelangen. • Navigieren Sie mit der Ab-Taste ▼(7) und der Auf-Taste ▲(5) im Menü.

Displayumschaltung und Status a) Display umschalten Das Ladegerät zeigt immer nur die Parameter eines Akkuschachts im LC-Display (2) an. Sie können sich die Parameter aller Akkuschächte einzeln anzeigen lassen. Um die Parameter der anderen Akkuschächte anzuzeigen, wechseln Sie die aktuelle Anzeige.
Wenn die Anzeige in Lila leuchtet, bedeutet dies dass die Aktivierung der Akkus erfolgt. Die Beendigung des Prozesses in einer Betriebsart für einen Akkuschacht wird mittels eines gesetzten Häkchens angezeigt. Ein Signalton ertönt. 12. Bedienung a) Betriebsparameter einstellen Stellen Sie die Betriebsparameter ein, bevor Sie die Akkus in die Akkuschächte einlegen. Folgende Betriebsarten/Funktionen stehen zur Auswahl.

13. Pflege und Reinigung • Trennen Sie das Produkt vor jeder Reinigung von der Spannungs-/ Stromversorgung, ziehen Sie das USB-Kabel aus dem USB-Port. Entnehmen Sie evtl. eingelegte Akkus aus dem Ladegerät. Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall aggressive Reinigungsmittel, Reinigungsalkohol oder andere chemische Lösungen, da dadurch das Gehäuse angegriffen oder gar die Funktion beeinträchtigt werden kann. • Verwenden Sie ein trockenes, faserfreies Tuch zur Reinigung des Produkts. 14.

• Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only be carried out by a technician or a specialist repair centre. • If you have any questions which are not answered in these operating instructions, contact our technical support service or other technical personnel. b) Setup location • The product may only be used in dry, enclosed spaces. It must not become damp or wet, otherwise the power adapter may cause a fatal electric shock! • Place the charger on a clean, level surface of a sufficient size.
• Always use suitable protection when placing the charger on valuable furniture, otherwise the charger may cause scratches, pressure points or discolouration. c) Operation • This charger must not be used by children. • This charger can charge up to eight rechargeable AA or AAA NiCd or NiMH batteries. It can also charge Li-Ion, NiZn, LiFePO4 and LiHv batteries. • Never insert other rechargeable batteries or nonrechargeable batteries into the charger.
• Do not use the charger in the immediate vicinity of strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields, transmitter aerials or HF generators. These may affect the electronic control system. • Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm one. This may generate condensation, which can cause the product to malfunction or damage the interior components. The mains adapter may also cause a fatal electric shock! • Allow the product to reach room temperature before using it.
• Do not attempt to recharge disposable, non-rechargeable batteries. This may cause a fire or explosion! Only recharge batteries that are marked as rechargeable. • Always observe the correct polarity (positive/+ and negative/-) when inserting batteries into the charger. • This product is only suitable for NiCd, NiMH, Li-lon, LiHv, Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, NiZn, LiFePO4 and Eneloop AA/AAA batteries. 6. General information Rechargeable batteries consist of two electrodes that are placed into an electrolyte.
Selecting the charging current In most cases, the charger automatically detects the rechargeable battery specifications. Always check the specifications that were automatically detected in the LCD display (2) and manually correct the parameters if necessary. The charger allows you to select a suitable charging current for your battery (0.1 A to 1.5 A). If you wish to manually set the charging current, ensure that the selected current is the same as the value stated on the battery.

10. Settings menu You can use the charger firmware to set the battery type, charging mode and charge/discharge parameters. The settings menu can also be used to configure other features (e.g. the display brightness). • Press and hold the settings button (6) for approximately 1 second to access the settings menu. • Use the down ▼ (7) and up ▲ (5) buttons to navigate through the menu. Briefly press the settings button (6) to select a menu option.
Menu Sub-menu Activation Charge Enable/Disable Activate the inserted batteries. In the "Enable" position, the battery is discharged and then charged. 11. Changing displays and viewing the battery status a) Changing displays The LCD display (2) only displays the parameters for one battery slot. You can view the parameters of each battery slot individually. To display the parameters of the different battery compartments, follow the steps below to change the display. Note the number of the battery compartment on the LCD display (D) and the status LED on the battery compartment (3).
12. Operation a) Setting the operating parameters Set the operating parameters before inserting the batteries into the battery slots. The following operating modes/functions are available: • Charge • Discharge • Activation • Analysis In "Charge" mode, the charger automatically detects the charging parameters for the inserted batteries. In other modes, you will need to configure the parameters manually.
c) Charging program with discharge function When NiCd, NiMH and Eneloop batteries are inserted, you can use this charging program to discharge the batteries before commencing the charging process. This ensures that the batteries are charged to the highest possible capacity. This helps to compensate for losses in capacity that may occur due to the memory effect. • If the battery type is not automatically detected, set the battery type to NiCd, NiMH or Eneloop. • Select "Charge” mode.
14. Disposal Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations. Remove any inserted rechargeable batteries and dispose of them separately from the product. Rechargeable batteries You are required by law to return all used batteries. They must not be placed in household waste.

2. Explication des symboles Le symbole d'éclair dans un triangle indique un risque pour votre santé, par ex. suite à un choc électrique. • En cas de doutes concernant le mode de fonctionnement, la sécurité ou encore le raccordement de l’appareil, adressez-vous à un technicien spécialisé. • Toute manipulation d’entretien, de réglage ou de réparation doit être effectuée par un spécialiste ou un atelier spécialisé. • Si vous avez encore des questions auxquelles ce mode d’emploi n’a pas su répondre, nous vous prions de vous adresser à notre service technique ou à un expert.
• Si des liquides entrent en contact avec le bloc d'alimentation, coupez le courant de la prise secteur sur laquelle le bloc d'alimentation est branché. Pour ce faire, coupez le courant au niveau du disjoncteur automatique correspondant ou du fusible. Coupez également le disjoncteur différentiel correspondant, pour que la prise électrique soit totalement débranchée de la tension secteur. Retirez ensuite le bloc d'alimentation de la prise de courant. N'utilisez plus le bloc d’alimentation.
• Lorsque vous manipulez le chargeur ou les accus, ne portez jamais de matériaux métalliques ou conducteurs tels que des bijoux (chaînes, bracelets, bagues, etc.). Un court-circuit peut entraîner un risque d'incendie et d'explosion. • La pose de conducteurs métalliques et de contacts entre l’accu et son compartiment n'est pas autorisée ! Placez les accus directement dans le chargeur. • Ne raccordez pas les canaux de charge du chargeur entre eux.
d) Consignes relatives aux accus • Les accus ne sont pas à mettre dans les mains des enfants. • Ne laissez pas traîner des batteries dans un endroit accessible ; il existe un risque qu’elles soient avalées par des enfants ou des animaux domestiques. Dans un tel cas, consultez immédiatement un médecin ! • Les batteries ne doivent jamais être court-circuitées, démantelées ou jetées dans un feu. Cela entraîne un risque d’explosion ! • Retirez les accus hors du chargeur à la fin du programme de charge/décharge.
6. Généralités Les accus se composent de deux électrodes posées dans un électrolyte ; un accu est donc un élément chimique. Des processus chimiques se déroulent à l´intérieur de cet élément. Puisque ces processus sont réversibles, les accus peuvent à nouveau être rechargés. Pour recharger un accu, la tension de charge nécessaire doit être supérieure à la tension de la cellule. En outre, pendant la recharge, davantage d’énergie (mAh) doit être fournie pour que celle-ci puisse ensuite être consommée.
Exemple 3 : Inscription « charge rapide » (= « Fast rechargeable » ou « Quick charging possible ») Le courant de charge parfaitement adapté n’est pas toujours réglable sur le chargeur. Dans ce cas, sélectionnez le courant inférieur le plus proche. En cas d’accus sans indications de courant de charge, utilisez la fonction de détection automatique « Auto » pour la sélection du type d'accu et du courant de charge.

Raccordez le chargeur à un port USB 3.0 au minimum. Les ports USB 2.0 fournissent des courants d’entrée trop faibles pour un fonctionnement correct. 10. Menu paramètres Réglez le type d'accu, le mode de fonctionnement et les paramètres de charge/décharge à l'aide du micrologiciel du chargeur. Certaines fonctionnalités telles que la luminosité de l'écran peuvent également être réglées dans le menu de réglage. • Maintenez la touche de réglage (6) enfoncée pendant env.

• Appuyez sur la touche haut ▲(5) ou la touche bas ▼(7) pour choisir entre les affichages de paramètres des compartiments d'accu actifs. Par ex., si seulement 3 accus sont insérés, l'affichage passe en boucle entre ces trois affichages. Si tous les compartiments sont occupés, passez d’un affichage à l’autre en ordre numérique de 1 à 8. b) Affichage de l'état du compartiment de l’accu La LED d’état (3) figurant sur chaque compartiment à pile indique l’état en cours ou terminé d’un processus.
Dans le mode de fonctionnement « Charge », l’auto-vérification du chargeur détermine les paramètres de charge pour les accus insérés. Dans les autres cas, réglez ces paramètres manuellement. b) Insertion de la batterie • Installez une pile compatible dans n'importe lequel des emplacements (4) en respectant les indications de polarité (plus/+ et moins/-, voir inscriptions sur la pile et/ou dans le compartiment). Un signal sonore est émis.
• Allez sur « Charge d'activation », appuyez sur la touche de réglage (6) pour passer sur « On ». Le chargeur de batterie décharge d'abord les accus puis les recharge. Dans le menu, l’option « Charge d'activation » peut uniquement être utilisée pour les types d'accu NiCd, NiMH ou Eneloop. d) Mode de veille Si aucun accu n’est inséré ou si tous les accus insérés sont entièrement rechargés et qu'aucune opération n’est effectuée, le chargeur passe automatiquement en mode veille au bout de 5 minutes.
Accumulateurs Le consommateur final est légalement tenu (ordonnance relative à l'élimination des piles usagées) de rapporter toutes les piles usagées ; il est interdit de les jeter dans les ordures ménagères. Les batteries contenant des substances toxiques sont marquées par le symbole ci-contre, qui signifie qu'elles ne doivent pas être jetées avec les ordures ménagères.

1. Inleiding Geachte klant, Hartelijk dank voor de aankoop van dit product. Dit product voldoet aan alle wettelijke, nationale en Europese normen. Om deze situatie te behouden en een veilig gebruik te garanderen, moet u als gebruiker deze gebruiksaanwijzing in acht nemen! Deze gebruiksaanwijzing behoort bij dit product. Er staan belangrijke aanwijzingen in over de ingebruikname en het gebruik. Houd hier rekening mee als u dit product doorgeeft aan derden.
2. Verklaring van de symbolen Het symbool met een bliksemschicht in een driehoek wordt gebruikt wanneer er gevaar bestaat voor uw gezondheid, zoals bijv. door een elektrische schok. Het symbool met een uitroepteken in een driehoek duidt op belangrijke aanwijzingen in deze gebruiksaanwijzing die beslist opgevolgd moeten worden. U ziet het pijl-symbool waar bijzondere tips en aanwijzingen over de bediening worden gegeven.
Het product is alleen bedoeld voor gebruik in gesloten ruimtes dus gebruik buitenshuis is niet toegestaan. Contact met vocht, bijv. in badkamers e.d. dient absoluut te worden vermeden. In verband met veiligheid en normering zijn geen aanpassingen en/ of wijzigingen aan dit product toegestaan. Als het product voor andere doeleinden wordt gebruikt dan de hiervoor beschreven doeleinden, kan het product worden beschadigd.
5. Veiligheidsinstructies Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig door en let vooral op de veiligheidsinstructies. Als u de veiligheidsinstructies en de aanwijzingen voor een juiste bediening in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet opvolgt, kunnen wij niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor het daardoor ontstane persoonlijke letsel of schade aan voorwerpen. Bovendien vervalt in dergelijke gevallen de aansprakelijkheid/garantie. a) Algemeen • Het product is geen speelgoed.
• Neem ook de veiligheidsinstructies en gebruiksaanwijzingen van alle andere apparaten in acht die met het product zijn verbonden. • Raadpleeg een vakman wanneer u twijfelt over het juiste gebruik, de veiligheid of het aansluiten van het product. • Onderhoud, aanpassingen en reparaties mogen alleen uitgevoerd worden door een vakman of in een daarin gespecialiseerde werkplaats.
• Indien er vloeistoffen op de netvoedingadapter terechtkomen, schakel dan het stopcontact stroomloos waarop de netvoedingadapter is aangesloten. Schakel hiervoor de bijbehorende zekeringautomaat uit of haal de zekering eruit. Schakel bovendien de bijhorende FI-aardlekschakelaar uit, zodat het stopcontact op alle polen van de netspanning is ontkoppeld. Haal daarna de netvoedingadapter uit het stopcontact.

Door een kortsluiting bestaat gevaar voor brand en explosie. • Het is niet toegestaan om extra metalen verbindingen tussen accu en oplader aan te leggen! Plaats de accu’s direct in de oplader. • De oplaadvakken mogen niet met elkaar verbonden worden. • Gebruik het product in een gematigd klimaat, nooit in de tropen. Raadpleeg het hoofdstuk “Technische gegevens” voor de toegestane omgevingscondities.
• Accu’s mogen nooit worden kortgesloten, ontmanteld of in het vuur worden geworpen. Er bestaat explosiegevaar! • Haal de accu’s direct na het einde van het laadproces uit de oplader. • Lekkende of beschadigde accu’s kunnen bij contact met de huid chemische brandwonden veroorzaken. Gebruik in dergelijke gevallen geschikte veiligheidshandschoenen. • Uit accu’s lekkende vloeistoffen zijn chemisch uiterst agressief. Voorwerpen of oppervlakken die ermee in contact komen, kunnen ernstig beschadigd raken.
De capaciteitsindicatie van de fabrikant is de maximale theoretische ladingshoeveelheid die de accu kan afgeven. Dat betekent dat een accu met 2000 mAh theoretisch bijv. twee uur lang een stroom van 1000 mA (= 1 ampère) kan leveren. Deze waarde hangt heel sterk van vele factoren af (toestand van de accu, ontlaadstroom, temperatuur enz.). Keuze van de geschikte laadstroom De oplader herkent in de meeste gevallen automatisch de geplaatste accu.

Sluit de oplader aan op tenminste een USB 3.0-poort. USB 2.0-poorten leveren ingangsstromen die te laag zijn voor een succesvolle werking. 10. Instellingsmenu Stel het accutype, bedrijfsmodus resp. laad-/ontlaadparameters in met behulp van de firmware van de oplader. Sommige apparaatfuncties, zoals de helderheid van het display, kunnen ook in het instellingsmenu worden ingesteld. • Druk de instellingstoets (6) gedurende ca. 1 seconde om naar het instellingsmenu te gaan.

Terug Selecteer dit punt om terug te keren naar de normale weergave. 11. Displayomschakeling en status a) Display omschakelen De oplader geeft altijd alleen de parameters van een accuvak in het LCdisplay (2) weer. U kunt de parameters van al accuvakken afzonderlijk laten weergeven.
De voltooiing van het proces in een bedrijfsmodus voor een accuvak wordt weergegeven door middel van een vinkje. U hoort een geluidssignaal. 12. Bediening a) Gebruiksparameters instellen Stel de bedrijfsparameters in voordat u de accu’s in de accuvakken plaatst. De volgende bedrijfsmodi/functies staan ter beschikking. • Opladen • Ontladen • Activering • Analyse In de bedrijfsmodus “Opladen” voert de automatische herkenning van de oplader het bepalen van de laadparameters voor de geplaatste accu’s uit.

13. Onderhoud en reiniging • Koppel het product los van de spanning-/stroomvoorziening voorafgaand aan elke reiniging (trek de USB-kabel uit de USBpoort). Haal hiervoor eventueel geplaatste accu’s uit de oplader. Gebruik in geen geval agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, reinigingsalcohol of andere chemische producten omdat de behuizing beschadigd of de werking zelfs belemmerd kan worden. • Gebruik een droog, pluisvrij doekje voor de reiniging van het product. 14.
