It was recently brought to Vocera’s attention that the FCC Part 15.21 “Non
modification” manual statement was inadvertently omitted from the most recent draft
of the user manual.
The statement below will be inserted back into the user manual in the Regulatory
notices section of the manual beginning on manual page 49 (PDF page 59 )

Use only the supplied internal antenna. Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or
attachments could damage the badge and could violate FCC regulations and void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment.
